"Bad Moose Rising"
'"Bad Moose Rising" is the season one finale of Hannah Montana. The title is a reference to the Creedence Clearwater Revival song Bad Moon Rising.
Plot[edit]
Jackson's arrangements to go to a ball game are dropped when he needs to take Miley and Lilly to the shopping center so that they can go out on the town to shop for Hannah Montana's fashion show the following day. Jackson voices his grievances but Miley conspicuously says she couldn't care less, saying he can use his tickets to wipe away his tears.
Jackson is irritated of having a younger sister who in every case needs him to escort her around to the detriment of what he needs. Jackson calls Miley out and says she's too selfish to even consider giving up her day like she generally makes him surrender his for her. Faltering and lost for words Miley denies this. So they make a wager to see whether Miley can deal with Mr. Dontzig's niece, Patty, for a whole day. However, before the wager, Jackson had paid Patty ten dollars to keep her mouth shut for two minutes. Miley isn't satisfied when the young lady begins shouting her head off and understands her sibling tricked her.
After a portion of the day Miley is irritated and is just about ready to surrender to the wager, but Patty gets exhausted and needs to return home. Jackson, not wanting Miley to win their wager, prompts Patty, with Oliver's assistance, in singing a tune to go to the Make-A-Moose store.
While Miley learns from Lilly that she would get to be in the fashion show if she made it there in time, she attempted to hustle through creating a moose for Patty. Jackson, despite that, attempts to slow everything down for Miley by getting a store representative to name all one-hundred of the custom moose, which includes Moose Lee, Moose Skywalker, and I Love Moosey. However, Miley still rushed to rapidly make Patty's moose, Hannah Moosetana.
Patty felt that her moose needed more stuffing, so Miley used the stuffing machine once more, and on this particular use it refused to turn off. So she wouldn't get in a difficult situation for overusing the stuffing machine, Miley tried to hide the nozzle of the machine behind her back with it ending up down the back of her pants instead causing them to fill with stuffing quickly and immensely. Patty starts misbehaving again causing Miley to finally snap, saying that she has her own life, and she won't let Patty ruin it, which is exactly what Jackson's point was. He announces his triumph since she blew up, which her pants literally do seconds after the fact as there was no space left in them to contain stuffing. After her pants explode Miley says "Now I blew up!" and then she inspects the damage to her pants right after.
Later while she's dressed in a moose costume she needs to borrow Jackson and Miley talk, and she understands how it truly wasn't reasonable of her to make him surrender his life for her without even a please or thank-you, and after their talk Jackson says that he'll take Miley to the fashion show. At long last Miley walks down the runway as Hannah Montana, but she has an issue with the zipper of the moose costume, so she wears the dress over the moose costume.

Subplot[edit]
Robby is sick and has a fever, so Roxy tries to cure him. She had Robby try many alternate cures, including wearing a metal suit (while she happened to cook hamburgers on it). Roxy mixed up a batch of repulsive goop, dubbed "the funk", and after putting it on his chest cleared up his sinuses. Jackson comes in later and asks Roxy for more of her "homemade soup", causing her to realize that Jackson ate the funk, which is apparently toxic if eaten, prompting her to make a batch of "anti-funk".
Goofs[edit]
- When Oliver is eating chocolate, he has chocolate all over his face. When the camera angle changes, all the chocolate is gone.
- When Lola Luftnagle (Lilly) calls Miley, her bracelet is on her left wrist. When Hannah models the yellow dress, the bracelet is on her right wrist.
- When Miley is putting the moose together everything is in a faster speed except for a lady in the back, going at normal speed.
- When Mr. D slaps the leaf down on the couch, you can see it there. However, in the next scene, it cannot be found.
