2018 Porsche GT3 Cup USA
The 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup is a one make, multi event series that will take place primarily on tracks across the USA. The series will be run as a support series to the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.[1] Each entrant in the series is to use a Porsche 911 GT3. The series has two classes, the Platinum Class for entrants using 2017 or 2018 models of the Porsche 911 GT3.[2] The other class is the Gold Class, which requires entrants to use the 2016 model or older. Each round will have two races that are 45 minutes long each.[3]
