The 607th Air Control Squadron trains all Control and Reporting Center (CRC) operators for the USAF. The 607th is a Control and Reporting Center (CRC) with a mission focused around providing air control (radar) services for combat air operations. Officially, the 607th provides initial training for operators in a mobile, combat-rated, senior radar element of the Theater Air Control System for worldwide contingencies. Additionally the 607th trains combat and control of joint air operations by conducting surveillance identification, weapons control, Battle Management and theater communications data link.
