A.R. Darshi

Ajit Ram (A.R.) Darshi was a Civil Service Officer (P.C.S) of the Executive Branch in Punjab, India.[1] During his service in Punjab, he served in the capacity of Judicial Magistrate, Sub. Divisional Magistrate, Additional Deputy commissioner and Joint Secretary to the Government of Punjab. As a Graduate of Political Science and Psychology, Darshi developed a keen interest in day to day politics and political affairs throughout the 70s, 80s and 90s. Because of his role in the Judiciary, Darshi developed close and cordial relationships with top leaders of political parties as well as prominent religious leaders of the in Punjab.[2]
