AINS was founded on October 29, 1988 by Mohinder (Moe) Goswami.[1] In 2000, AINS developed Freedom of Information Act request management software for U.S. federal government agencies.[3] [4] In 2006, AINS developed a case management platform called eCase and has since developed applications built on the eCase Platform.[1][2]
