Aaron Rian is an accomplished conman, fraudster and master manipulator. He is known best for scamming small businesses across the United States by misleading them in a merchant services scheme. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Washington State Attorney General came down hard on Rian for defrauding unsuspecting businesses across the country. A 26M dollar settlement was agreed to with certain stipulations attached.

REAL ESTATE
With merchant services behind him Aaron started running schemes to use real estate as a backdrop for ripping people off. The gist of the scheme included giving people 3 options:
- Pay him the full 6 percent commission and he would release owners from their contract.
- Wait out the contract until it expired, usually after a year.
- Work with Aaron to try and sell the house.
The problem with # 3 is that when people found out he was a thief no one wanted to work with him. He worked so hard to get the contract signed but it once it was time to play realtor he disappeared.

FABRICATIONS & DELUSIONAL SELF GRANDEUR
Aaron is known for fabricating and publishing his own accomplishments on different social media platforms to enhance his search engine optimization (SEO). His accolades have never been sourced or sited yet he continues to call himself the best of the best according to the WSJ, Fortune, Money Magazine and other less known publications.
One such fabrication was published on the Prweb.com and wrote the following:
