Adda247[1] is a brand name of Metis Eduventures Pvt. Ltd., a New Delhi based education technology (edtech)[2] company. Founded by Anil Nagar in the year 2010, Adda247 provides online courses for the preparation of government exams in India.

History[edit]

Initially, started as offline test prep brand by the name Career Power[3], in years 2016, it was rechristened as Adda247 in its online avatar.[4]. As on today, Adda247 own and operations various online platforms like Bankers Adda, ssc Adda, teachers Adda, Adda247 Mobile App etc.

As per similar web rankings (as on 14-Feb-2019), Adda247 mobile is ranked among top 2 education apps in India.[5]

Products and services[edit]

Their flagship product is the Adda247 App that trains students for various competitive exams for government sector. It is a compilation of the entire syllabus highlighting the latest updates along with the study material and videos (live and pre-recorded) by various experts for every exam they cater with. The study material and videos are bilingual (available in both Hindi and English language) to help students study in a manner they are comfortable in.
