AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) is an industry association of European Aeronautics, Space, Defence and Security Industries.,[1] representing over 3,000 companies and actively supporting the competitive development of the sector in Europe and worldwide. ASD members include 15 major European companies and 24 National industry trade associations, from 18 countries.[2] In 2015, ASD members collectively employed more than 847,700 people and generated a turnover of €222 billion[3]
