Dato' Dr. Ahmad Masrizal Muhammad is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Deputy Minister of Environment and Water in the Perikatan Nasional (PN) administration under Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and Minister Tuan Ibrahim as well as serving as Senator since March 2020. He served as political secretary to the former Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi from the latter's appointment to the position in July 2015 to the latter's removal from position after the collapse of the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration in May 2018. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the ruling BN coalition which is aligned with another ruling PN coalition.

He has a wide background of education, experience and knowledge in the fields of education, practice and politics before being appointed to the federal government as a deputy minister and being appointed as a Senator.

On 3 October 2020, he tested positive for COVID-19 and received treatment at the Sungai Buloh Hospital, Selangor. A source reported that he had been hospitalised since 1 October 2020 after discovering several symptoms of the virus. His condition was reported to be stable.
