Circus Town is the debut studio album recorded by Japanese singer-songwriter Tatsuro Yamashita, released in 1976.
Background[edit]
After Tatsuro's previous band Sugar Babe disbanded in the previous year, he signed to RCA Records to begin his solo career. The first half of the album was recorded in New York, while the second half was recorded in Los Angeles. For the 2002 reissue, two additional tracks were included: karaoke versions of "Circus Town" and "Windy Lady".
