Alexander Foster is a British-born rugby player who has played in both codes of rugby league and rugby union. He has represented both the USA Rugby League national side[1] and the Ireland rugby league National side[2]. Most Recently playing club rugby for Old Blue of New York (union) and the Brooklyn Kings in the USARL (league).

Background & Career[edit]

Born in Northampton England, Foster began his rugby union career with Barking RFC in English div Nat 1 and between 2009 and 2015 played with clubs such as Barking (National league one), Westcombe park (National league 2), Moseley (UK Championship) and during 2014 appeared for the Northampton Saints (Premiership).

Foster played rugby league for the New York Knights and the Brooklyn kings in the USARL from 2015-2020 winning the 2019 USARL National championship [3] with the Brooklyn Kings, represented the USARL North in the USARL Allstars game 2 times in 2017 and 2018.[4] and also represented both Ireland (2012-2014) and the USA at international level.
