Ali Mahir Aksu was born upon March 25, 1994 in Çorum, Turkey. He is the first Turkish to become a film director within the scope of Hollywood.[1]
Ali Mahir Aksu began his career as an art director of "Scooter Braun Projects". Then, in 2016, he functioned as the executive producer of the movie called “Laid in America” which is starring by YouTube influencers as well as distributed by Universal Studios.[2] He is additionally the creator and owner of the FilmCapital.io which is Hollywood's initial audience-oriented media financial investment platform that came from at Singularity University.[3][4]He worked as a manager at the Scooter Braun Management.
Aksu has developed an education platform called "Auteur Academy" for indie movie enthusiasts. He serves as the head of the United Nations Young Entrepreneurs in Southern California. He is additionally the producer of the movie called “Bulutlardan Aşağı" which will contend in film festivals.[5][6][7]
