All India Agricultural and Rural Labour Association (AIARLA) is a national level Rural Farmers union in India. AIARLA is affiliated to All India Central Council of Trade Unions (AICCTU) and the All India Kishan Mahasabha (AIKM). The National General Secretary of the organisation is Gopal Ravidas.
