All India Jobs is a job portal based in the Indian sub- continent. It started out as a blog created out of pure curiosity by Janardhan. All India Jobs started out as a passion blog which he used to update in his spare time. Maintaining the blog was done out of his observation that, the information available on the internet is sometimes misleading. So he started collecting genuine information and started updating his blog as a hobby. This hobby posting continued for five years before he could think of this as a serious career opportunity. He managed to do this blogging, while working in a software company after completing his MCA. Later, he quit the job and concentrated on building this into a source of income. [1]
After developing www.allindiajobs.in for another two years, which makes it 7 years cumulatively if we include his blogging days, Avalanche It Services India Pvt. Ltd. acquired the domain from Janardhan. Ever since the domain acquisition took place, several changes were made to the domain for its improvement.

All India Jobs was a blogger site as it started as a blog. As the traffic grew with its development, a sub domain in the name of www.govtjobs.allindiajobs.in/ was created. This was a necessary step to accommodate the vast data base, as well as to manage the huge traffic that the previous domain could not handle. The sub domain now provides information about all Government Job Notifications and Exam Time Tables. The newest modification that was introduced to this domain is its migration from blogger to Wordpress. This migration is strategically planned to enable easy updations and editing of articles, with a nice UI.

These preparatory materials include Current Affairs, placement papers, interview questions, Results, Admit Cards, Previous papers, Exam Syllabus,Exam patterns, Schedules, Time tables etc., Recently, they included a page to place Jobs for the Differently Abled. According to them, this is an effort to reduce the difficulties of Job search for the Differently Abled. [2] A new feature has also been introduced. This feature enables Job Hiring Companies to announce their Job listings on the portal.

The Job Portal has a significant Online Social Media presence. It has 7.12 Lakh followers. The sub domain where the Government Job Notifications are listed are used by newspapers like Andhra Prabha for its content. Sites like www.india.com list its subdomain as one of the sites where genuine Job Notifications can be found.
