Allen Ezail Iverson born on June fifth 1975 in Hampton Virginia. Iverson was born into a ruthless place not having a lot. Allen often states as he was growing up his dad was in and out jail. He had a love for football at an early age and often played with a kid that he had said was his best-friend Jamie Rogers. Jamie was white and because where he lived in the “projects” he was picked on for it. Allen took Jamie under his wing and told all the rest of his friends that Jamie was a cool person from there on Allen and his friends often played football with Jamie in the backyard of their house.
When iverson was a teenager he often said “basketball was to soft” but when he tried it he became a well known star a Bethel high school. He often had HUNDREDS of people waiting to see him play. Allen must have drawn too much attention as a star so he started to become ufocus at school until his basketball coach had enough and told iverson what he had to do if he wanted to stay and be on the basketball team. Allen was at a bowling alley on february 14, 1993 with several of his friends. It was said it was some racial slurs going around towards Iverson at the bowling alley and then he threw a chair. But in the video it looked like Allen looked and walked off so his defense to the case but even though he tried i didnt work to his defence luckily Allen got bailed out with the rest of his friends and continued his pursuit to the nba
