Camaro Exorcist- What brought the intimidating and dangerous acceptability and reputation to Hennessey Performance are their remarkably and magnificently fast cars Venom F5 and trucks like the VelociRapor. Now they put into use its supercharged efforts to the Camaro ZL1 to produce the Dodge Demon – fighting “Exorcist” – the fastest, the strongest and the most powerful muscle car.

This Hennessey’s anti-demonic 1000-horsepower, 883 lb-ft Camaro comes up to the speed of 217 mph! It roars and strikes to 60 mph in less than 3.0 seconds to get there and it clears quarter mile in under 10 seconds. Hennessey accomplished this efficiency by using a high-flow supercharger, custom camshaft ported cylinder heads, upgraded valvetrain with new springs, lifters pushrods and valves, a high-flow intercooler and long-tube stainless steel exhaust headers with high-flow catalytic convertors. The tires are 20-inch rear drag and radial and there are some modifications for the automatic transmission.
Hennessey said that what they wanted to see was if the Exorcist could exceed the fastest top speed of the new ZR1 Corvette which is 213 mph and Exorcist did it . Next plans are for them to test their car’s 0-60 mph and quarter-mile performance and how the cars handle and brake on a road course. Other “victims” that fall to the Exorcist’s top speed than ZR1 are Porsche 911 GT2 RS, Ferrari812 Superfast, Lamborghini Huracan and McLaren 720S.
