Amir Arsalan Mortaz (Persian: امیر ارسلان مرتاض, born 17 June 1985 in Shiraz، Iran)، is an iranian football agent.
He is one of the most popular football agent in Iran and representing a number of well known players in Persian Gulf Pro League including Bashar Resan, Humam Tariq, Alireza Beiranvand. He was also the agent who helped to transfer Anthony Stokes to Persepolis FC.[1][2]
