Amir Mohammadi
Amir Mohammadi (born November 14, 1991 in Bojnourd) is a freestyle wrestler for the Iranian national team. He is a regular member of the Iranian national team in the World Freestyle Wrestling Cups in 2016 and 2017, and the 2017 World Student Champion and the 2018 World Army Vice-Champion. Other honors include a silver medal at the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku and a silver medal at the 2011 Jakarta Asian Youth Championship.
Amir Mohammadi became the vice-champion of the country in the heavyweight wrestling in 1997 and is currently in the Premier Wrestling League at Esteghlal Club in Tehran. Also, the matches between Amir Mohammadi and Reza Yazdani can be considered as memorable wrestling in the weight of 97 kg. .
