Amiran Patarkalashvili

Amiran Patarkalashvili (born September 14, 1979 in Tbilisi, Georgia ) is an architect, designer, artist, inventor, graphic artist. At the age of 19 he has already become an author of two big public projects in Moscow. His works were exhibited at the Biennale of the Venice Architecture of 2006, among the best architect/designers of Georgia. After returning in home-country he made the first innovative space in Tbilisi called café/restaurant ‘’Peoples”, which is the winner of International Professional Panel 2007, nomination Public interior. The following successful works were Showroom “Egoist” (winner of International Professional Panel 2009) and Paata Tsikolias’s Home studio (winner of International Professional Panel 2011). One of his last works is restaurant ‘’TREDICI” which is located in Tbilisi and is important for its classical and elegant interior.

Amiran Patarkalashvili is the founder of CPA "Central Partnership Foundation" whose mission is to create investment projects and implement them together with co-shareholders. Any Georgian and foreign interested person can participate in the Partnership Fund.(The main activity of the Partnership Fund is the real estate, its innovative use and realization on the Georgian real estate market, which ensures high profits of partner capital.
