Damarea (born August 8,2005),better known by the stage name Amondi, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter,and author. She started her career as a Gospel artist releasing her debut in 2020, titled, I trust you God. Although her music and work is well known in Nigeria, her complete identity is not well known, as she has kept her last name well hidden throughout her career, by not making public debuts. Amondi signed a record deal in 2020 with X3M. She also did covers of music by Beyonce, from Disney's The Lion King.

Amondi revealed in an interview that her parents are Nigerian, as her dad is of Igbo descent, and her mother is of Indian descent.
