Anabolic Life...

Plot[edit]

Battling demons, delusion, and body-image, Adam decides building muscle is the solution to his problems. But a deadly encounter at the gym becomes a rollercoaster ride from hell filled with steroid abuse, crime, and self-destruction.

This intense drama is about a young man named Adam Stenson (Levine) with poor self-esteem, poor body image and who’s stuck in a going-no-where job. While trying to change his life, especially his body, Adam joins a gym, starts pumping iron and gets involved with a shady drug dealer named Jason (Edwards). This is when Adam’s personal life and career starts to fall apart. Chris Levine was amazing portraying Adam, the lost soul who never felt good about himself ever since he was a little boy.

Directorofhorror1 (talk) 02:03, 15 May 2019 (UTC) Anabolic Life is an interesting take on a very current subject matter. Levine and fellow writers Cameron Barsanti (who also stars as Adam’s friend at work) and Landon Williams (who also directs) show things from Adam’s point of view. We see why he gets into steroids in the first place, what drives him.[1]

Awards[edit]

Anabolic Life was nominated for Best Feature Film, Best Ensemble Cast, Best Director, Best Supporting Actress, Best Actress and won for Best Actor to also the producer and writer of the movie, Chris Levine actor at the 2017 Orlando Film Festival.[2]
