Anantanitya is a Russian Hatha yoga teacher and International Aikido coach. Affectionately people call her Yogini. Anantanitya is the co-director of the Anantbodh Yoga in Jonava, Lithuania.[1] Anantanitya initiated as a preventive health-care system by Yoga. As it is proved that Yoga does prevention. Within the last 7 years, She has earned very high regards and reputation in organizing online Yoga classes, live classes in rural areas, and as well as in our town Jonava.

Early life[edit]

She took birth at Komsomolsk-on-Amur in Russia, where she studied psychology at the Pedagogical University of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and She submitted her thesis on how Aikido can change human behaviour. After completing her master's degree in psychology from university she opened an aikido club in her city. She became completely dedicated to Aikido. She travelled all around Russia and Europe for aikido seminars and workshops. She visited Japan also to study. Many times she has been invited to Europe for Aikido seminars with her Sensei Tatsunori Imamura from Sapporo, Japan. In 2006 she started giving aikido training in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Turning point of life[edit]

Anantanitya met Shri Anantbodh Chaitanya in Bali, Indonesia in May 2013 at World Hindu Summit. After that, she went to India to study under Yogi Anantbodh Chaitanya and decided to teach yoga. She started to learn how to meditate and she completed 200 hours of training in Alakh Yog, Rishikesh affiliated to Yoga Alliance.[2] Then she came back and started to teach in Malta. The next year in 2014 she again went to India and completed 500 hours of Yoga teacher training from Alakh Yog. After that, she went into deep meditation in Himalaya for 3 months. She adopted the Hindu religion.

Migration to Lithuania[edit]

Anantanitya immigrated to Lithuania in 2006. She left Russia to expand and propagate Aikido all over the world. In 2006 she opened here Aikido teaching centre in Kaunas, Lithuania. She taught more than 300 Students here in Lithuania only. She worked in Malta for 2 years as a psychologist. Her love for yoga deepened immensely during her visit to Bali and India. She learned Yoga philosophy & meditation from the well-known saint of India Brahmalin Swami Amalananda Ji. She studied Yoga & Alternative therapies from various places in India.

Anantanitya believes that Yoga is a science of transformation. Now a day she is teaching Yoga worldwide. She has many students from Europe, Russia, India, and other countries. She is co-founder of Anantbodh Yoga.[3] In 2015 Yogini Anantanitya moved to Jonava and open a Yoga Studio under the guidance of Shri Anantbodh Chaitanya. In 2017 She got Lithuanian Citizenship. Now She is leaving in Lithuania.

Initiation[edit]

She blessed with Mantra Diksha from Swami Sharad Puri Ji founder of Shivedale School in April 2013 at Haridwar, India. Yogini Anantanitya provides voluntary service for humankind in India. In 2014 she returned to Ashram Matrichaya Gurukulam and she devoted herself to Sadhana. She provided her service in the ashram as a volunteer. She trained girls for self-defence and she taught yoga as well for Shivedale School students free of cost.

Work[edit]

Anantanitya has published many articles in different magazines and newspapers.[4][5] She is giving online webinars also on yoga & health. She was inviting for talking by Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Wardha [6] India.

Anantanitya is travelling around the globe for promoting peace and harmony. She provides free classes to spacial challenged people few years in Jonava with the cooperation of the Health Department of Jonava.[7] She started the celebration of world yoga day in Jonava. She got a few times appreciation awards from the mayor of Jonava Eugenijus Sabutis in 2017.[8]

Her talks blend the knowledge and logic of the West with the insights, spirituality, and wisdom of the East, and she is a spiritual bridge between the two cultures.[9] She is the general secretary of Namai Pasauliui, všį established by Shri Anantbodh Chaitanya. Namai Pasauliui, všį̨ is a recognized non-profit organization registered in Lithuania, Europe. As a non-profit, all members are dedicated to a lifetime of selfless voluntary service, helping individuals become healthier, happier, and spiritually evolved. 100% of all proceeds and donations are used towards the centre's growth and mission with no personal gain.
