Andrea Urbankova (born June 9, 1988) is a Czech-Danish, fashion, lifestyle and beauty blogger and founder of Catwalk-Avenue.com. Born in Novy Jicin, she lived in the Czech Republic for twenty years. She currently lives in Denmark and she has a King Charles Cavalier, named Ipso..[1]. Urbankova is also a Czech former athlete who specialized in the 100m and 200 m sprints. She ran a 4 x 100 m with Denisa Rozsolova, Katerina Cechova and many more. She also travelled to Asia for modeling.[2] Currently, she has an active part in Langesø foundation[3].

Early life[edit]

Andrea Urbankova was born in Novy Jicin, where she started to train athletics and represented AC Novy Jicin[4]. Afterwards Urbankova attended sports gymnasium Dany a Emila Zatopkovych in Ostrava. She has been a member of AK SSK Vitkovice[5], an athletic club in Ostrava, her former coach Tatana Kocembova.

Career[edit]

Urbankova studied, International Business Academy (IBA) in Kolding, where she got her Ap. (Academic Professional) and Bc. (Bachelor) degree. Afterwards she attended the University of Southern Denmark (SDU)[6], where is completed her Cand. Merc. (Masters degree), in Strategic Entrepreneurship. Urbankova is also connected to Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen.[7] She worked on establishing Otago Triathlon Academy (New Zealand)[8]

Personal life[edit]

Andrea Urbankova is a sitter to Petra Urbankova[9], Czech athlete and Czech and Austrian fastest woman in 60 m sprint.

Catwalk-Avenue.com[edit]

Started off in 2014, in 2015 awarded as the trendsetter by L’Oreal Paris.[10] Spin off project Basic of Blogging[11] and Digital Influencing taught by Urbankova bachelor students. Catwalk-Avenue is awarded TOP 40 Scandinavian fashion blogs[12] and TOP 100 European fashion blogs[13].
