Andrew Garcia is a director and cinematographer from Miami, Florida, best known for "The Skin of Yesterday".
Early Life and Career[edit]
In 2018, he directed and shot his film "The Skin of Yesterday", a docudrama following a family's struggle to survive after the effects of Hurricane Maria in the city of Arroyo, Puerto Rico. The film was acquired by HBO.
