From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Andrew Jensen (born 4 September 1997) is a Canadian soccer player who is currently playing for Hamilton City FC in the Canadian Soccer League.

Club Career[edit]

Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Jensen began playing in local clubs around the Hamilton area until his career officially took off when he signed with Saltfleet FC U17 and with North Mississauga U18 OYSL the following year. [1] Jensen had also played for Hamilton City FC in the Canadian Soccer League before he signed into the OUA. [2] He later continued his career by signing for the University of Guelph Varisty Mens Soccer team in 2015 and continued playing for them until 2018. [3] Jensens career would take a turn for the best in 2013 when he scored a trial at Empoli FC in Italy through his technical director Christian Giovannini. Shortly after his trial he was offered a contract but decided to put it on hold to finish his education in Canada. After taking a trip back to Italy during off-season in the summer of 2018, he was offered a 3-year contract starting January 1st, 2020. Jensens decision will be published come December, 2019.

International Career[edit]

Jensen was invited to attend the Canada Men's National Under-20 Soccer Team camp in 2017 but declined due to a torn meniscus in his right knee.
