Angelo Stagnaro

Angelo Stagnaro (August 30, 1967), is an Italian-American Catholic theolgy, author, editorialist, stage magic, mentalism, lecturer and psychic/occult debunker. Among his books are the Psi-Book Mentalism Series (i.e., Conspiracy, Something from Nothing, The Other Side, Shillobeth, Spur of the Moment and MasterMind). He has written several theology texts including The Catechist's Magic Kit, The Christian Book of the Dead, How to Pray the Dominican Way, A Lenten Cookbook for Catholics, The Modern Sin Guide and The Pro-Life Apologetics Manual.

Stagnaro has written for the Catholic and secular press since 1990. His first published article appeared in the Jesuit magazine, America. His weekly column appears in the National Catholic Register, the world's largest English-language Catholic journal. He is a frequent contributor to the Catholic Herald (London) and other international journals.

He edits Smoke & Mirrors E-zine.
