Antonio J. Palumbo (1906 – December 16, 2002) was a coal miner, land owner and philanthropist in Western Pennsylvania.

He made significant gifts to educational institutions in Western Pennsylvania including St. Vincent College, Duquesne University, Gannon University, La Roche College, Carlow College, Elk County Christian High School and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., even though he did not graduate from high school.[1][2][3]
