Apaan Jaat
Apaan Jaat is a phrase almost all Guyanese has been familiar with through the years. Yet, No research has been done to ascertain if if this phase was actually a racially motivated or a political Ploy to segregate a people because this phrase is not cited in no Encyclopedia or dictionary. A charismatic leader named Cheddi Jagan was the leader of the People Progressive party (PPP) and was label a communist by the West, US and Great Britain. The West saw Jagan as a threat to so called free world and next Fidel Castro. To destabilize Guyana, The CIA and Great Britain instigate a strikes, Violence and chaos against the PPP backed by Guyanese Indians to usurp the democratically elected Jagan.
