History[edit]

App Radar is a private startup company founded in 2015 by Thomas Kriebernegg, its current CEO, and CTO Christian Janesch. It is based in Graz city, Austria.

In May 2018, appers GmbH was renamed into App Radar.[3]

Technology[edit]

App Radar ASO workflow tool allows developers to optimize keywords, manage multiple localizations, compare key metrics and keyword ranking of competitors, and edit app information across various app store localizations in different languages simultaneously.[4] It is an ASO tool that lets app developers publish and manage app store listings for Google Play & Apple App Stores all in one platform at once.[5]

App Radar consists of two modules, that concentrate on app publishing and keyword tracking functionality. It also provides daily updates about app store rankings based on mobile app's keyword set. In order to facilitate the work of marketers, they can choose to receive keyword ranking reports via Slack and/or email on regular basis.[6] The tool provides a chance for developers to keep track of app store ranking according to keywords and analyze keyword rankings with the further option to choose the ones, that would boost mobile app's ratings in the App store.[7]

Recognition[edit]

In October 2016, App Radar was mentioned in Venture Capital Magazine.[8]

In May 2016, App Radar was given credits in the Forbes Magazine.[9]
