Arindam Roy is an Indian actor, producer and media personality known for his works in Odia cinema and Tollywood (West Bengal Cinema). He owns the production house Ratna Films. He made his debut with Prema Rutu Asilare (2006) and won the best actor award (2006) from Govt. of Odisha.He is one of the highest paid actors of Odia Industry. He is also known as Powerstar of Ollywood. He made his debut in Tollywood in the movie Tomar Jonyo (For You), released in 2008.


Arindam Roy acted in more than 30 films. He made his acting debut in the Odia film Prema Rutu Asilare, in 2006, produced by Brajaraj Movies and was directed by Sudhanshu Sahu. He became famous with his performance in the movie and starred in many Odia movies. Following this success, he starred in many hit movies like Kali Shankar, Mitare Mita, Gud Boy, Parsuram, Kalki, Ishq Tu Hi Tu, and Tora Dine Ku Mora Dine. He had a guest appearance in the 2009 movie "Romeo the lover boy". He made his debut in Bengali in the movie Tomar Jonyo, released in 2008.[1]
