Asia Pacific CSR Council is NGOs founded in Singapore and its operating office is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The founding mission of Asia Pacific CSR Council is to advance the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. The Council work closely with private sector, local government, trade associations likes the European Union Delegation to Malaysia and Chinese Cultural Information Association, as well as local chambers and other relevant organisations across the region to advocates and supports the advancement of sustainable and socially responsible policies in the Asia Pacific region's private and public sector.[1][2]

The Council also organise event in different countries mainly in the Asia Pacific region, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Taiwan etc to discuss the sustainability agenda, and provide a platform to gather the advocator of sustainability[3] ; Strengthen continued dialogue between stakeholders and governments around the Asia Pacific region in how to adopt and exhibit social responsibility and sustainable growth.

Asia Pacific CSR Council also hosts awards in relation to sustainability and social responsibility to recognize companies in leading the corporate sustainability and corporate social responsibility. [4] [5]The Council operates it office in 2 countries. The main office is in Kuala Lumpur while the other offices are located in Singapore.

The Council defines Corporate Responsibility as a company’s belief that the true measure of its wealth is directly linked to its efforts to better its employees and the communities in which it does business. Actions driving corporate citizenship are fluid and effortless as they are embedded in the organization’s value system. While many companies’ CSR efforts started with a focus on society welfare, this is only one aspect of CSR. A holistic approach to CSR embodies consistent work in the following areas: Diversity & Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, Governance, Organizational Health and Philanthropy.

Asia Pacific CSR Council hosts various events such as forum, conferences,seminars and awards throughout the year. The Council work closely with the leaders in sustainability agenda and local government. Notable past events were supported and attended by Minister and royalty in Malaysia, Tengku Muhaini Sultan Ahmad Shahin Asia Pacific CSR Forum and Awards in 2016[6] and Global Responsible Business Leadership Awards, 2017; The Asia Pacific CSR Forum in Taipei, Taiwan is attended by Taiwan's former vice-president Annette Lu[7][8] ; The Assistant Resident Representative of UNDP Resident Representative for Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam,Asfaazam Kasbani supported the Business Conference to advocates United Nation Sustainable Development Goals, 2017[9]. While the Ministry of Transport of Malaysia, supported the Sustainable Urban Transport Summit, 2017[10] Other events include:
