Astorg is a European private equity group with over €4 bn of assets under management.[1]

Astorg specialises in leveraged build-ups in mature middle market companies. The firm also makes control investments in mid-sized companies with growth capital, family transmissions, mid cap owner and leveraged buyouts, and corporate spin-offs. It invests in companies primarily in all sectors with a focus on healthcare, industrial and service companies, B2B global niche leading companies, selling differentiated products or services, and occasionally invests in B2C companies, consumer staples, diversified support services, professional services, and retail.[2]

Astorg ranked in the top 10 of the HEC Paris and DowJones Rank Top Performing Private Equity Firms for 2014, 2015, 2016[3][4] [5]

Astorg has offices in London, Paris, Luxembourg and Frankfurt.[6]
