Roy M. Loyola (born on February 17, 1962) is a simple lawyer who turned Politician, and currently the Congressman of 5th District in Cavite. He is the first Congressman of the said District through R.A. 9727[1].

When he was a mayor, he created a Sorteo Festival in their town.

On 2010 election, he ran for congress, against the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Undersecretary Armando de Castro, and he won. On the following Local Election, year 2013, he ran without opponent for Congressman in 5th district of Cavite, and on 2016 Election he ran again, for his 3rd term, against to the former Mayor of Silang, Cavite Atty. Ruben Madlansacay, and he won in landsline victory, with 77.33% against 26.77% total of votes.
