Aviation Concepts Technical Services, Inc.(ACTSI) is based in Subic Bay International Airport (Filipino: Paliparang Pandaigdig ng Look ng Subic) or SBIA (IATA: SFS, ICAO: RPLB), inside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in the Philippines. ACTSI is dedicated to providing quality services for business jets in Asia-Pacific including jet Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) & aircraft hangar parking services.
The company is refurbishing its 1.8 acres (200,000 square-ft / 18,000 square-meter) facility and targeting to its premiere upgrade in Q3 2019.[1]
History[edit]
In December 2010, Guam-based Aviation Concepts Inc. set up fixed-based operations at the airport, refurbishing a 100,000 square foot hangar to international standards, with the aim of eventually establishing a full-service aviation center.
In 2018, Razon Group acquired Aviation Concepts Technical Services, Inc.(ACTSI) and signed a 25-year lease agreement (as well as a 25-year option) with the local government that will see the airport transformed into a regional business aviation hub, with fifty-plus years potential.

ACTSI's 18,000 square meters (200,000 square feet) facility is located at the heart of the Subic Bay International Airport SBIA (IATA: SFS, ICAO: RPLB). The Hangar can accommodate up to 14 ultra-long-range aircraft for indoor parking.
