Aytürk Kıyıcı (born 12 February 1980) is a Turkish women's football manager and former footballer. She played one match for the Turkey women's U19 team.[1] She currently serves as the coach of the Turkey women's national team.[2]

Aytürk Kıyıcı was born in Izmir, Turkey on 12 February 1980.[1]

Player career[edit]

Club[edit]

Kıyıcı obtained her license from Altay SiK, on 6 October 1995. In November 1999, she transferred to Izmir Öztürkspor.[1] She appeared in one match of the 1999–2000 Women's Football League season scoring also one goal.[3]

International[edit]

Kıyıcı was called up to the Turkey women's national U-19 team, and played in the 1999 UEFA Women's Under-18 Championship qualifying round match against Norway.[4]

Manegerial career[edit]

By November 2014, Kıyıcı was appointed coach of the Turkey women's national team.[5][6][7] In 2015, she served as camp coordinator of the Turkish Football federation's "Girls' Football Village" at Avanos in Nevşehir Province.[8] She was part of the delegation of the Turkey national team staff at the UEFA's "Workshop for Athletic Performance in Football" held in Italy in February 2019.[9] In 2019, she was tasked with the coach position for the Turkey girls' national under-15 team.[10][11]
