Her video "I Am Not Pretty", in which she removed her makeup and beauty accessories, received over 6.3 million views on YouTube, led to the publication of her book I Am Not Pretty, and drew the attention of international media outlets that cited her as an example of the "Escape the Corset" movement in South Korea.
