- BlockShow Europe 2017
The first event was held in Munich, Alte Kongresshalle on April 6. It was organized in partnership with popular Bitcoin and blockchain media outlet Cointelegraph, Zurich-based blockchain platform Nexussquared and blockchain payment processor BlockPay. With 560 attendees, 26 exhibitors and 26 speakers, Blockshow 2017 became the largest international blockchain-related event ever organized in Europe at that time. Among the conference speakers were prominent experts and practitioners of the global blockchain industry, such as Ned Scott, Ismail Malik, Bernd Lapp, Jamie Burke, Matej Michalko and Bruce Pon. The event was sponsored by Deloitte, Cyber.Fund, Blockchain Consulting and Cointed.
- BlockShow Asia 2017
1,500 blockchain entrepreneurs, experts, investors and enthusiasts gathered in Singapore for BlockShow Asia 2017. During the event 67 speakers from 20 different countries shared their insights and ideas, and attendees from a variety of backgrounds -from Blockchain to business to finance - met to discuss topics ranging from practical application of Blockchain technology to new ICOs launching right at the event. The event included BlockShow Oscar, a Startup Competition for young and innovative Blockchain companies (sponsored by WAVES and Crypto Bazar), Hypethon (a chance for 12 select ICOs to jumpstart their funding, sponsored by CryptoFriends and esports.com). The winner was electrify.asia, a product designed to be the first retail electricity marketplace in Southeast Asia that runs on the blockchain, which received a $20,000 prize and full assistance from WAVES in launching their own ICO.
- BlockShow Europe 2018
The conference took place in Berlin at the Estrel, Germany's largest hotel and the foremost show hotel of the capital, on May 28-29. 3,000 people attended, 93 companies had exhibitions at the event and over 90 companies supported it as sponsors. Leading up to the event, BlockShow Europe held meetups in Paris, Rome, Barcelona, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Zurich, where voting took place for the best startup for the BlockShow Oscar competition. Asset distribution network Shelf.network took the 50,000 euro prize after being chosen in the second round by a five-person, industry-expert jury. Among the VIP guests were Jimmy Walles, Bobby Lee, Benny Giang, Plamen Russev, Mike Butcher, Llew Claasen, Rachel Wolfson and many others.
- BlockShow Americas 2018
Shortly after a successful sequel in Germany, BlockShow went to the United States with a new project: BlockShow Americas 2018. The conference took place on August 20-21 at the Venetian in Las Vegas. The event brought together 1,500+ attendees, over 100 partners and exhibitors, and more than 80 international, high-class experts – including celebrities like Dr. Nouriel Roubini, Alex Mashinsky, Johanna Maska, Tone Vays, Mark Mueller-Eberstein, Christopher Obereder,Jason Bloomberg and Jeremy Gardner. Some of the exhibitors ranged from Ginco, which is a Universal Asset Hub in the digital currency ecosystem; Traceto.io, a decentralized network that provides an inclusive KYC solutions to digital currency and blockchain product companies; ASQ protocol. a decentralized content economy that rewards participants for creating and engaging with quality content; Celsius, a wallet that pays you back; Mir Coin, a cryptocurrency for everyday life; Gozo, which empowers the travel industry with blockchain; Wattle Wallet, an extended digital currency wallet with instant access to trading and exchange; X-Block, the first global blockchain 4.0, based on fog computing; and AID Coin, a blockchain-based solution that brings back trust to the charity sector.
- BlockShow Asia 2018
In 2018, BlockShow Asia will be taking place as a part of the Asia Blockchain Week between Nov. 27 and Dec. 1 in Singapore at the Marina Bays Sands Expo. This year, the event will span five days. Asia Blockchain Week is an experience comprised of two big conferences. Speakers include Bobby Lee, Sinhae Lee, Justin Chow, Thomas Lee, David Lee, Joseph Young, Zing Yang, Michael Gu, Alex Medana and many others.
