BlueVine Capital is an online small business lending company[1] headquartered in Redwood City, California.

History[edit]

Former Venture Capitalist Eyal Lifshitz founded BlueVine in 2013.[2] Lifshitz sought funding from VCs, with early investors including 83North[3], Lightspeed Venture Partners, Menlo Ventures, Rakuten Fintech Fund, and Silicon Valley Bank.[4]

In 2014, BlueVine launched its first invoice factoring product.

In February of 2015, BlueVine was named one of the world's top most innovative companies of money by FastCompany.[5]

By April of 2016, BlueVine received investment backing from Citigroup after closing a $40 million financing round.[6]

Partnerships[edit]

In 2016, BlueVine partnered with Inuit to enable Quickbook users access to a line of credit.[7]

In March of 2018, BlueVine partnered with Veem.[8]
