Blue Lagoon (Malta)

The blue lagoon (in Maltese Bejn il-Kmiemen - literally "between the Comino" - and Blue Lagoon in English) lies between the islands of Comino and Cominotto in the Maltese archipelago. The shallow sandy bottoms, and the purity of the water due to the ocean currents, color the cove of a color ranging from cyan blue to emerald green which attracts tourists, divers and yachtsmen.
The geographical name of the Blue Lagoon is Fliegu Strait.
