Bob Kelly is a former Canadian soccer player. He was an all-star player in the National Soccer League of Ontario and the Eastern Canada Professional Soccer League.
In 1960, Kelly helped Toronto Italia FC win the National League title. That summer, he was selected to play for Canada on a tour of the Soviet Union and Britain, but he was unable to make the trip.
From 1956 to 1962, Kelly was an all-star selection in six seasons over a seven-year span. He sometimes served as team captain.
While Kelly was born in Belfast, he grew up in Canada. He worked at the Ontario Hydro Commission.
