British Empire Wrestling is a British professional wrestling promotion based in London, England.
History[edit]
The promotion was founded in 2014 by Declan Kellett and Tim Birkett. Kellett is related to legendary British wrestler Les Kellett [2] and the company is named in honour of him and in particular his reign as British Empire Light Heavyweight champion.
BEW's first shows were held at Gym London South in Mitcham, before moving to their regular venue of Tooting Tram and Social in November 2014. Since September 2017, BEW has held the majority of its shows at KNK Stadium, home of Tooting & Mitcham United F.C..
