BumpClick, LLC is a digital media company started by entrepreneur Sean Beckner, former CEO of ViralNova..[1].

BumpClick was founded in 2015 [2]as a yield optimization company that helped digital publishers monetize their websites. The company helped clients get their websites approved with ad networks and optimized page and ad layouts to maximize revenue and customer experience. The company charges a percentage of revenue for the services provided.

In 2016, the company started to change its business away from yield optimization and began owning and operating websites as a digital publisher. BumpClick acquired the websites quirlycues.com and animalrescuehome.com in October 2016.

In February 2017 the company launched Goodfullness.

In March 2017, the company acquired ViralNova.com, a website previously owned by BumpClick's[3] founder Sean Beckner, that had been sold to Zealot Networks on July 9, 2015 for $100 million[4]

In March 2017 the Company signed a term sheet to be acquired by Function(x), (FNCX)[5]a publicly traded company[6], t raded on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange[7]. However, the transaction did not close and the term sheet expired on June 30, 2017[8]
