CHILD USA (Children's Healthcare Is a Legal Duty USA), is a think tank, or research institute, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[1]. Drawing on the combined expertise of leading scholars and practitioners in the child-protection sphere. CHILD USA conducts research and proposes workable solutions to problems facing children both nationally and internationally.

Founded by CEO and Academic director Professor Marci A. Hamilton in November 2016, CHILD USA is the successor organization to CHILD INC., created by Rita Swan. Hamilton is also a University of Pennsylvania Law School and Robert A. Fox Leadership Program Professor of Practice.

CHILD USA was a "member of the coalition" for the New York Senate's Child Victim's Act (CVA)[2]
