CLiKD

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

CLiKD is a London based dating app startup founded by former lawyer and data protection officer Michael Blakeley in Sept 2016 with its official app launch on June 21 2017.

The app requires users to set up their own three question photo-based either/or quiz which other users must pass with a score of 2 out of 3 or higher before they can chat.

The app won the “Innovation within the Dating Industry 2017".[1] Award at the UK Dating Awards, an award previously won by market leaders Tinder and Match.com.

In 2018 CLiKD ran the Love In London Photography competition; launched Feb 14th 2018, raising funds and awareness for the charity PhotoVoice as well as “cheering up London” after the high number of negative news stories in 2017. The launch was covered on the BBC News site[2] and the winning photo “Snuggle” by Scott Hamilton was also reported on the BBC[3] and picked up by the global LGBT press as a positive story[4] [5] [6]
