Calia is an Australian restaurant-to-retail brand[1] in Melbourne, Australia. It has locations at Emporium Shopping Centre and Chadstone Shopping Centre.[2] The company was founded in 2014 by Jason Chang, Ricky Thien and Lawrence Yeow.

Calia stores include retail store Calia Emporium at Emporium Shopping Centre (Melbourne CBD)[3] as well as restaurant Calia Chadstone at Chadstone Shopping Centre (Chadstone).[4][5][6]
The company also co-owns Yu Kitchen in Melbourne,[7] a joint venture with Oriental Group of Restaurants, Malaysia.[8] The restaurant offers formal Chinese dining and yum cha.[9][10]
