The California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM, stylized CiAM) is a non-profit University specializing in a globally oriented MBA Degree program, which is designed to deliver a real live consulting experience as part of a business course study. CiAM was founded in 2011 by Dr. William A. Cohen (President Emeritus), and Ms. Jennie Ta (President) as well as Minglo Shao[1], the principal benefactor of the school, on the belief that business education should be directly applicable to a student's career and future. They offer experiential learning in both traditional classroom and virtual environments.

CiAM offers an MBA in Executive Management & Entrepreneurship as well as a Leadership / Corporate Training Program for students to enroll. Students seeking financial assistance have a wide variety of options available including applying for a CIAM Scholarship.
