Canada's Marketing Hall of Legends, also known as MHOL, are a set of awards that honours Canadians who have dedicated their lives to the pursuit of excellence in the field of marketing. It is meant to recognize a body of work and a lifetime of achievements.

The MHOL award was first issued in 2004[1] by the American Marketing Association (AMA) Toronto chapter and Mandrake Management Consultants Corporation.

The 12th Annual ceremony, honouring the 2016 nominees, was held on 3 March 2017, at the Arcadian Court, in Toronto, Ontario. The ceremony was hosted by Melissa Grelo. A total of 83 inductees have been awarded from the inception of the award through the 12th year.

History[edit]

The 1st Marketing Hall of Legends presentation was held on 15 May 204, at The Granite Club with an audience of about 300 people. The MHOL was initially an initiative of the AMA Toronto Chapter and was presented by Mandrake.

Present Day[edit]

On December 1 2016 two new Directors were announced to take over the strategic direction and operations of the MHOL. Jacob Kessler and Xzavier Ramphal were chosen to lead the event. A four year plan was created to add additional experiences and grow the event from a single evening gala into a full year program to attract new, diverse, and younger audiences.
