Canadian Food Safety Training

A Canadian Food Safety Training Company, founded in 2007, based in Toronto. They offer food handler training and certification in Ontario. They are recognized by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care as having a Food Handler Training Program that is equivenlent to all Ontario Board of Health's Food Handler Training Programs and certificates. Training is in accordance with the AODA.

Training follows the principles of HACCP, and the HPPA. Training is delivered in plain language and is done with the use of visual tools such as picture, videos and sample items such as chemical test strips and thermometers. All videos have closed captioning for the hearing impaired.
