Carl Törnell
Carl Törnell, also Tornell, full name Carl Johan Henric Törnell, (born 20 May 1957 in Linköping, Sweden) is a former Head of Mission of the European Union Integrated Rule of Law Mission for Iraq, EUJUST LEX-Iraq. He[1] served a total of seven years for this mission, five years as Head of Administration, and then as Deputy Head of Mission and Head of Mission respectively. Carl Törnell has a Swedish degree in Business Administration and a professional background in fund management and as a CEO.[2]
