Carson Reed Ware (born February 28, 2000)[1] is an American professional stock car racing driver. He is the son of NASCAR driver and team owner Rick Ware. He currently competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 51 Toyota Camry for Venturini Motorsports.

Racing career[edit | edit source]

Early career[edit | edit source]

Carson started racing Bandolero’s at the age of 12 in 2012 winning multiple races in the Bojangle’s Summer Shootout Series[2]

In 2015 he would move up to Pro Late Model’s receiving sponsorship from Lilly’s Trucking. While he was a very consistent driver, he did not win a race till 2019 when he absolutely dominated at Bowman Gray Stadium and won his first career race.[3]

On May 31, 2019 Ware teamed up with Keen’s Buildings to race in the U.S. Short Track Nationals in his first Super Late Model race, despite early speed in practice he would finish 17th.[4]

ARCA Menards Series[edit | edit source]

On May 7, 2019 Ware would test in a 1 day test session at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the No. 09W for Our Motorsports finishing the test in the 21st position.[5]

On October 15, 2019 it was announced Ware in a partnership with Venturini Motorsports and Rick Ware Racing he would make his ARCA Menards Series debut at Kansas Speedway with sponsorship from Jacobs Companies.[6] He would start 22nd after losing an engine in practice, he would rebound and finish 14th.

Carson is the son of Rick Ware and Lisa Ware. His brother is current Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Cody Ware.[7]
